George Cooper is listed as the manager. George Cooper lives at Plymouth-place, Penarth. [132] 1901 - In 1901, Mr. W. D. Rosser is listed as the manager of the Penarth Shiprepairing Company in Kelly's Directory for South Wales. [175] 1904 - The capital invested in large ship-repairing firms in the Cardiff area was published in tabular form within the Western Mail. In the case of the Penarth Ship Building & Shiprepairing Company, the Ordinary Shares amounted to £44,900 with zero Preference Shares being allocated. Loans and Debentures amounted to £5,000 giving a modest total of £49,900.
