c.1890's - A Horse Brass of the Penarth Ship Building and Shiprepairing Co. Limited held within the Penarth Dock Collection. [001] [20210925]

The artifact was made by Crowder's Saddler of Derby. I found a reference to William Crowder, saddler, 4, Gerrard st., Derby in the White's 1867 Directory of Derbyshire but am unsure if this origin is correct. Are there any knowledgeable horsey persons out there who can assist please?
