The Taff Vale Railway map of Penarth Dock and Harbour dated 1895 which appears in 'Cardiff - an Illustrated Handbook' published in the following year to coincide with the Cardiff Fine Art, Industrial and Maritime Exhibition. The map provides a detailed layout of the dock and harbour facilities but also provides a wonderful additional set of labels for the key items of the dock facilities, offices and even ferry landing stages etc. [247]
