Carpmael, Esquire on the subject of 'Reduction of Expenditure - Relaying Gang' which covers the work to be undertaken at , Barry, Penarth, Cardiff and Newport Docks. Only at Barry and Cardiff were there regular gangs and at Penarth Dock the gang were to be disbanded on completion of their work there. [001]
