1980's? - A view, with a colourised version, from the welding shop looking towards the main machine shop. The machinery seems a little sparse so one could presume that the works is in the process of being closed and dismembered. The company wasn't however dissolved until February 2007 so my dating may be incorrect. There were ramps between each of the shops and there used to be a roller shutter door as well which appears not to present. A hydraulic press is in situ but I am unable to recall if this was in place during my time at the works during the period 1966 - 1970.
