1980's - 90's - The main machine shop being cleared of machines. A vertical borer is being handled by the mobile crane distant whilst a gantry is being utilised to strip a planer table. A sad sight indeed and the end of an era of rich engineering and marine heritage spanning almost a century at Penarth Dock.
