late 1960's - A photograph, taken inside the main machine shop at the Penarth Dock Engineering Company, of work progressing on a large rotating arm assembly probably for the Steel Company of Wales at Port Talbot.

I am unable to identify the two engineers working on the assembly - can anyone assist please?
