1960's - A section of a plan of the Penarth Dock and Ely Tidal Harbour probably made by, or on behalf of, the British Transport Commission who were owners of the dock and harbour during this era. The Victoria Wharf of the South Wales Warehouses Limited is indicated as are the remaining coal tips numbers 2, 3 and 4. No. 1 was converted to an oil despatch terminal and the oil wharf was also in use. The premises of the Regent Oil Company and Esso Petroleum Company Limited are defined upon Grange Point.
