Pamir and Pamir

A slightly enlarged and colourised view of the main image providing a sense of the romance of the sailing era, now effectively at an end for commercial voyages. The last grain race is complete. No men aboard these ships now, just rats having the time of their lives getting fat on the cargos of grain and breeding like mad!! Oh, what a life! It's quite amazing what bureaucrats can achieve when they put their minds to it! [071]
