British School - A mid-19th century oil on canvas view from Bute Docks toward Penarth Head. The tower of St Augustine's church on the headland is not clear which suggests that this is a study taken during the re-construction of the church in the gothic revival  style in the period 1865 - 66. The artist is not known but it is of the British School. [000] [002]
