s.s. 'Monksgarth' - A Wehrley postcard of the R. & J. H. Rea, Liverpool, vessel (with colourised enlargements) off Penarth Dock beach with Cardiff Docks distant. The post-stamp is Birkenhead on the 10th October 1910 and is addressed to Miss R. Rota, of No. 32 John Street, Penarth, Nr. Cardiff. Norman states that the vessel is leaving tomorrow for Penarth, to be there Friday morning and to get clothes ready if possible. Another heritage photographic record from the Penarth Dock Collection.
