An unknown vessel loading coal at tips numbers 19 and 20. The photograph is typical of the work of G. Wehrley & Co., 97, Glebe Street, Penarth, S. Wales. It is post-marked Penarth in June 1910 and states 'Dear Mother, We are sailing for Portsmouth, Good bye, Love, Bert.' Yet another piece of social heritage held within the Penarth Dock Collection. The enlargement has been colourised. [001]
