◊ late 1920's - The Penarth Slipway ;  the only photograph of the slipway in tact that I have been able to locate to date. The area within the rectangle shows the patent slipway still in place and is taken from a report by consulting engineers Brian Colquhoun and Partners for the Cardiff Bay Development Corporation and dated February 1989. The credits for the photographic negatives lies with the Welsh Industrial and Martine Museum, Bute Street, Cardiff. Sadly the museum was closed so I am unsure where the original photograph is now located. [ Museum Ref : 82.467] [20190513]
