4. The southern Entrance Pavilion will be sited over the existing Subway at Ring 550. Access will be via a 11 metre diameter shaft with integral lift to the Pavilion.

5. The northern Entrance Pavilion will be sited at the position of the existing entrance and access will be gained from ground level.

6. In addition to grit blasting and painting, the existing Subway will receive a vitreous enamel lining for its full length.

7. A provisional sum of £20,000 has been allowed in the estimate for a ventilation system.
