1965 - Between Cogan Junction & Llandough signal boxes with views of the River Ely and Penarth Dock through the trees.

The 3-doll bracket signal with speed restriction indicator (down 'homes' Cogan Junction) main line to Penarth Branch, main to Barry branch with permanent caution for Cogan Sidings box and main to down Cogan Siding. The 2ft subsidiary arm for the down Cogan Sidings freight loop, was removed on 9th July 1965 when the down loop had been taken out of use
