View, Dinas Powis - A postcard view which I think I recognise from my childhood! Is this the track/footpath adjacent to the Water Mill and which passes close-by the Castle? I walked this route many times on my way to the iron age hill-fort, Michlaeston-le-Pit (Llanfihangel-y-pwll) and Cwm George, etc. Does anyone remember picking and eating the watercress growing in the stream running through Cwm George in the mid-1950's? Corrections as always welcome! Another heritage postcard view held within the Penarth Dock Collection. [001] [20230225]
