3rd June 1950 - Image 5297 - We view the head of the Penarth Dock with two large vessels moored at coal tip numbers 8 and 10. Various smaller vessels are moored against the northern wharf and a vessel is taking on coal at No. 1 coal tip in the river Ely Tidal Harbour.
