[A] - The remnants of the Penarth Head Fort and Coastal Battery.
[B] - A significant cliff fall which destroyed the ferro-concrete stairway from the fort to the two searchlight platforms below at beach level.
[C] - A vessel moored up at the Petroleum Wharf in the River Ely Tidal Harbour.
[D] - The muds known as 'The Patch'.
[E] - The entrance to Queen Alexandra Dock and Basin.
[F] - A dredger at work or awaiting the tide.
[G] - Old Pier and Station with Lighthouse (Fixed white).
[H] - The Windsor Slipway and Graving Dock.
