TVR - 1921 - Hotels

It is interesting to note that the Marine Hotel remains on the books despite the entire contents being up for sale by auction in August 1917. This hotel was situated at the beach end of the Custom House and Dock Offices. The Railway Hotel is the red brick public house situated on Ferry Road I believe. Missing from the accounts is the largest, the prestigious, Penarth Hotel, which was built by the TVR and situated on the headland above the dock. Who owned the hotel, or what was its use in 1921?
