Volume Eight - Pre-Victorian to the present day - more aspects - Art and Artists of the Penarth Dock area . . .

During my research into the history of Penarth Dock and Ely Tidal Harbour, I came across many excellent paintings and drawings where the subject matter included the Penarth Dock, the other Bristol Channel ports and/or environs. I have chosen a selection of these works of art to illustrate the influence upon the artists of our industrial and maritime heritage as captured though the eyes of these amazing people. I trust that I haven't infringed copyright in the process - please contact me if there is an issue. Also, a big thank you to all those who have made contact to suggest works and artist's names, or to offer their own work to add to this chapter.
