s.s. 'Heronspool' - Another photograph taken of shipping at Penarth Dock by George Wehrley. Was it after heading out of dock laden with coal that she was in collision with another vessel?
   
s.s. 'Monksgarth' - She was built in 1907 at the yard of the Clyde Shipbuilding & Engineering Company Limited, Glasgow and was of 1,928 gross register tons.
   
s.s. 'Ramsgarth' - Built 1910 and lost to a German submarine attack during 1916.
   
Captain Tupper Speaking at Penarth - The leader of the National Sailors and Firemen’s Union, Captain Edward Tupper V.C. addressed the seamen during their pay strike from the balcony of the Royal Hotel near the centre of Dagger Town on the 31st July 1911.
