Penarth Heating Engineers - Penrad

A lovely lady named Teresa sent some images of her late father working on a 2,000 ton hydraulic press at the Penrad factory which was situated at Collingham Road, Cardiff.  The gentleman worked for the company at the time and is seen here pressing steel for the radiator panels. These images date from the mid to late 1960's after the company became a subsidiary of the Penarth Dock Engineering Company Limited during 1962.

I wonder if there are any other former employees out there with more information about the company, since, Julie and I know very little about it. Thank you so much for your contribution to our story Teresa.
