'Passat' in full sail - an image from the Penarth Dock Collection - just glorious! Another wonderful vintage photo which I acquired for my collection was taken in October 1949 just as the 'Passat' is being towed by steam tugs from Penarth Roads into the Penarth Dock to be laid-up. Then a lovely image of her in full sail when she was under the New Zealand flag.
